Cancellation Policy

Before booking an appointment, please be sure to agree to terms and policies. Also, Consent Forms will be sent to you via text or email, it must be signed & submitted prior to the appointment. My goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment Policy. At the time of booking your appointment, you will be asked to pay a $40 deposit that will be credited toward your treatment/s. CANCEL/RESCHEDUELE a 48- hour notice is required for any canceled or rescheduled appointments. Not Cancelling or rescheduling in the 48hr grace period window will result in 50% of the treatment cost. And No call no shows will be charged the full cost of service. the Payment will be deducted from the card stored in the system. NO SHOW/NO CALL POLICY Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment. If you arrive more than *15 minutes late* for your appointment it will be considered a no-show! and No call no shows will be charged the full cost of service. the Payment will be deducted from the card stored in the system. and a new deposit will be required while booking another appointment. LATE ARRIVAL Please send me a text if running late. Travel safely and plan accordingly for your appointment. 15 minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, appointment will be cancelled and it will be a no show! and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Rescheduling & No shows Appointments may be rescheduled at least 48 before. Your understanding towards my policy is greatly appreciated.
